Using our special house blend speculaas spice mix, we bring you these holiday-themed speculaas cookies. The crunchy cookie is packed with spices and dark caramelization. It’s delicious on its own and is a perfect dipper for coffee, warm milk or hot chocolate.
Speculaas cookie is traditionally eaten during St Nicholas’ Day on 5th December in the Netherlands. Nowadays, it can be enjoyed all year round which I think is really great!
Ingredients: Organic unbleached cake/pastry flour, unrefined raw molasses sugar, butter, speculaas spice mix, aluminum free baking powder, baking soda, sea salt and filtered water.
