This speculaas cookie is made with our house blend speculaas spice mix. The flavors of the crunchy cookie are warm and peppery, and it oozes the spectacular sweetness of caramelized toasted sugar. ?
The cookie may not spot its traditional shapes, but rest assured as it tastes just like a traditional one. Awesome to munch any time of the day, perfect to dip into coffee, hot chocolate and milk, make a nice addition to ice-cream, and also works amazingly as a tart base.
Ingredients: organic unbleached pastry flour, unrefined raw molasses sugar, butter, speculaas spice mix, aluminum-free baking powder, baking soda, sea salt and filtered water.
