We ship the whole of Malaysia. Orders are processed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) and will be fulfilled within 1-2 working days upon confirmation of orders (payment cleared). Our payment method is secured online banking (either via Billplz or manually transfer).
A. Standard delivery
Choose standard delivery at checkout for courier service. Parcels are usually delivered within 1-4 working days in Peninsular Malaysia and 5-12 working days in Sabah, Sarawak & Labuan. The delivery timeframes are estimations. Take note that delivery is slower during the busy festive seasons.
We are pleased to waive the standard delivery shipping fee for orders of RM180 & above for Peninsular Malaysia addresses only. The free shipping will be automatically applied once the total order reaches RM180 & above at checkout.
B. Pickup
Choose local pickup (Klang) by yourself at checkout to self-pickup in Klang. We will contact you via Whatsapp (first choice)/SMS once your order is ready for collection. The appointment for collection will then be scheduled. There is no shipping fee for local pickup.
Choose local pickup (Klang) by 3rd party rider at checkout to have a 3rd party rider deliver the goods to you. Customers are responsible for the delivery fee charged by the 3rd party rider from our place to your location. However, we don’t charge a delivery fee for the local pickup via 3rd party rider at checkout (as there’s no way to estimate it). Once the goods are paid, kindly contact us for rider arrangement (we will quote the rider’s delivery fee, and set delivery date & time). The delivery fee is to be paid to us and confirmed by the bank before the 3rd party rider service is engaged.
C. Our packaging
We try our best to reduce waste as much as possible, and below are our green initiatives. We appreciate your cooperation.
1. For standard delivery and local pickup (Klang) by rider, recycled packaging will be used as much as possible.
2. For local pickup (Klang) by yourself, recycled boxes/paper bags will be used to pack your order. We highly recommend bringing your own green bags. Let us know in advance so we can put your order aside. No plastic bags will be provided.
