All products sold are final and non-returnable.
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If a product arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@foodworkshop.co.
To be eligible for a return:
- Please contact us within five (5) days from the date of receiving your parcel.
- The product must be in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging, unopened and unused.
- You must provide your order number, receipt/proof of purchase and photos of the damaged product(s).
- If your product is eligible for return, you must return the product within seven (7) days from the date of receiving your parcel. The customer is responsible for the return cost of the shipping fee. Once the parcel is shipped, the customer must send the tracking number for the return parcel to hello@foodworkshop.co. Product(s) sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Note:
- Fermented food, koji products & Lugol’s are not eligible for return.
- Coupon/voucher are not refundable or exchangeable.
Refunds
Once your return is received & inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will process the refund to you via online banking. Refund is for the cost of the product only. We do not offer refunds on shipping fees*.
*Shipping fees refer to:
- Original shipping fee. Please be advised that the original shipping fee paid on your order is non-refundable. This fee covers the cost of the shipping service provided by the carrier to deliver the product(s) to your specified address, and this service is considered rendered once the parcel has been dispatched from our facility.
- Return shipping fee. As mentioned in the criteria of “To be eligible for a return”, the customer is responsible for the return cost of the shipping fee.
Lost & missing parcels, undeliverable parcels due to incorrect address provided & unavailability of the recipient
We are not responsible for lost & missing parcels, undeliverable parcels due to incorrect address provided to us or the unavailability of the recipient to receive the parcel. Once the order has been fulfilled and the package has been marked “shipped” with a tracking number provided, it is the customer’s responsibility to follow up with the shipping carrier.
