The juniper berries are naturally grown and harvested from Bulgaria. The berries are carefully hand-picked and sun-dried. Its spicy, piney and citrusy flavors complement meats like duck, beef, pork, hot teas, casseroles and desserts very well. It’s also used in seasoning, sauce and brine.

Suggested use: To make tea, add 1/2 teaspoon juniper berries to 1 cup (~250ml) of water in a pot. Cover and simmer for around 15-30 minutes, strain and serve immediately.
